    Bridge of Clay – Markus Zusak (review)

    The first Markus Zusak book I read was The Book Thief. It was the summer of 2007 and my sister had picked up this book for our annual summer reads (we always had a bookstore trip with our dad just after school let out for the holidays). I read it partly in the south of France and partly in Bern and I’ll never forget the feeling of reading it for the first time. It was magical, emotional, and the best kind of overwhelming.
